1. Can I place a phone order?

2. Do you have ready stock?
As our mats are all custom made, please understand it will be challenging for us to maintain a permanent inventory of ready stock for sale. All orders will be processed immediately once payments have been received. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
3. My car model is not listed here, what are my options?
No worries, please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 and we’ll assist you. Currently, we are in the progress of updating our online store. It will take us some time to update all the car models. Thank you for your patience.
4. What if my car model is not available (for old car models or car models that are introduced in the market recently)?
If your specific vehicle model/year is not available, please feel free to call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 in order to book an appointment. We will make customized measurements for your car.
An RM200 measurement fee will be charged for car models that are over 10 years or with a very less quantity in the market.
5. How much is the delivery fee?
Free postage for West Malaysia and RM150 per set for East Malaysia.
6. How long should I wait for the parcel to be delivered?
As all of our car mats are custom made, it will take us 1-3 working days to process the car mats. Once it is done, we will ship the parcel immediately. The remaining days-to-receive will depend on our courier service, which is Sky Net. Normally, customers will receive the car mat within 7-10 working days after the full payment has been made.

8. Can I come to your shop for the installation of the car mat?
Yes, you can. However please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 in order to book an appointment. As all of our car mats are custom made, we will only process the car mats once the payment has been done. This means that customers will need to wait around 3 hours for us to process the car mat when the payment is done on the spot at the shop.
Alternatively, if customers decide not to wait for 3 hours, customers are advised to make full payment first, once the car mat is done, we will notify customers to come and install the car mat. It will take 15-30 minutes only.
9. Do you provide COD service?
Unfortunately, no. As all of our car mats are custom made, we will only process the car mats once the payment has been done. Thank you for your understanding.
